Exchanges and returns

Hi there! Aren’t you completely satisfied with your purchase? Do you need to change it for another size? No problem! Remember that you have 20 days since you receive the order to make any change or return.

You have two ways to do it:

Pick-up at home: In order to manage the pick-up follow these steps:

1.-Send us an email to the email address hola@collaroy.es indicating in the subject
Change/Return. Please specify in the email:
– Order number
– Day, time frame and pick-up address
The cost of the return is 5€ for Spain and Portugal.

For other countries the customer will be required to pay any delivery costs and these will be deducted from the refund amount.

Fill in the return form that came inside the package, if you don´t have it you can find it here, indicating if it is an exchange or a return, please explain the reason.

3.- Prepare your package. Pack the garment in a new envelope or box and include the return form.

Remember that the refund of the amount in case of return and the exchange for another
garment will only be made if the garment is in perfect condition, with the original label, without having been used or washed.

Give it to the courier when he goes to pick it up.

4.- In the days following the pick-up we will check the garments, and once approved the
return or exchange,we will send you an email informing you.

Remember that in the case of a
refund, the time of reimbursement of the amount will depend on your bank.

Shipment on your account: You can send us on your account the garments with the courier of your choice to the following address c / Atalaya 39, Soto del Real. 28791 Madrid.

If you decide this option do not forget to send us an email to tell us that we will receive a package from you, and remember to include the return form inside the package.

We are sorry to emphasize this, but the exchange or return will only take place if the garment is in perfect condition.

No exchange or refund will be provided for any product that is not in the same condition as that in which it was received or that has been used in any way beyond
merely opening the packaging.

The refund will be only for the amount of the garments, never for the shipping costs.
