¿What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Standard shipments to Spain and Portugal are free except for Ceuta and Melilla (20€) and the islands of Portugal (30€).

¿Is there the possibility of Express or urgent service?
Yes, if you need your clothes or you do not want to wait the standard time, you can select Express shipping at the time of completing your purchase.
Please note that the shipping cost in this case will be higher than the standard shipping.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is ready you will receive an email indicating the day scheduled for delivery.

¿What is the maximum period for exchanges and returns?
You have 20 days from the day you receive the package for exchanges and returns.
¿What are the requirements for exchanges and returns?
The garments must be in perfect condition, with their original label, without having been used or washed.
Changes and returns will not be accepted after 20 days of the reception of the package.

¿When and how will I receive the amount of the refund?
The amount will be refunded in the same method as the purchase was made.
The time it takes to receive the amount will depend on your bank, although it takes approximately between 7 and 15 days.
The amount reimbursed will be that of the garments, in no case will
be reimbursed shipping costs.
¿What do I do if a garment arrives in bad condition?
We take very seriously the quality of our products, but if for any circumstance the garment did not arrive in perfect condition communicate it to us as soon as possible by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If possible attach photos of the product and specify the problem.
